1 Introduction & Consent

HHDD (hhdd.onl) is an online gaming platform providing casino, Live Casino, and Sports Betting services to users in Bangladesh and beyond. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between HHDD and its members.

By accessing the HHDD website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

HHDD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration

To become a member of HHDD, you must register using accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details is a breach of these Terms, and HHDD reserves the right to terminate such accounts.

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• The name, mobile number, and other details provided during registration must be genuine and your own.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their password and login credentials confidential. These must not be shared with anyone.
• HHDD may request a member's identification documents for KYC verification — this is mandatory.
• If any suspicious activity is detected on an account, HHDD may suspend it pending the outcome of an investigation.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register on HHDD. Allowing minors to access the gaming platform is strictly prohibited. HHDD enforces this policy without exception.

• It is your responsibility to comply with the gaming laws of Bangladesh and your own country.
• Citizens of countries where online gaming is illegal are not permitted to use HHDD.
• HHDD employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

4 Deposits & Payments

HHDD currently accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is 500 BDT. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on your account type and verification level.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, HHDD reserves the right to investigate the transactions.
• Gaming with borrowed money or credit is strongly discouraged.
• If a deposit is made but not used for gaming, a refund request may be considered upon application.

5 Withdrawal Policy

A fully verified account is required to make withdrawals from HHDD. The minimum withdrawal amount is 300 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If a bonus is currently active, all wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply; higher limits are available for VIP members.
• In cases of suspicious winnings, HHDD may temporarily suspend the withdrawal process pending an investigation.
• Large withdrawals cannot be processed without KYC verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

HHDD offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotions page.

• If the required wagering is not completed, withdrawals will not be permitted even if you have winnings.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once will result in both bonuses being forfeited.
• Exceeding the maximum bet limit with bonus funds may result in winnings being forfeited.
• HHDD reserves the right to modify or cancel its bonus program at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using a VPN or proxy will result in account termination.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on HHDD are conducted fairly and honestly. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealers. No party is able to manipulate the outcome of any game.

• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay and a bet is left incomplete, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If an abnormally large win occurs due to a technical error, HHDD reserves the right to void that payment.
• Using bots, scripts, or any form of automation to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in a game is prohibited and will result in account termination.
• Attempting to manipulate games through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

8 Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy

HHDD believes in integrity and transparency. We are committed to ensuring every member plays in a fair environment. Any form of fraud or dishonest conduct is strictly prohibited.

• Collusion — conspiring with others to gain an unfair advantage against fellow players — is strictly prohibited.
• Suspicious betting patterns are monitored and investigated where necessary.
• Filing a chargeback or a fraudulent payment dispute will result in permanent account closure.
• Legal action may be taken against individuals found to be involved in fraud against HHDD.
